I used my rewards to activate US Call and Text. How do I know if this will be successful, when I try to use it in the USA. Should I receive an email or text confirming this Add On.

You should actually receive an email when you cash out points. You can also go into your account via the app and look at the addons and it will show if it was successful.

Also redemption for US Roaming starts the countdown clock immediately. Is your visit to the US immediate or to be completed within the next 15 days? If not you will want to contact customer support to see if they are willing to cancel the add on til needed.

for calling in USA, you need a VoLTE enabled cellphone as they've retired their 3g networks in US. Without VoLTE, you won't be able to call out or rec calls...texting should be fine though.

added...once you get to USA, you'll get a "Welcome to USA" notification and instruction to buy add-on....but if you have the 15 Day US Roaming add-ons, you can ignore that notice.
