    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all, i am unable to log into the online account, i do not remember creating an account originally online, i do not have access to an email that could have been used originally.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First of all, go the the log-in page and click the option “forgot email”. Then, send a message to your phone number to recover your email. Then, click “forgot password”. Send the code to your phone-number. With the message, you can change your password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, enter the credentials. It likely asks you for a code. If it sends to email for some reason, you can have it sent via phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, at least you will be able to log-in. If you don't know what email you signed up with, try a few of them and search Public Mobile and see if anything pops up. If so and you never finished creating your self serve account online then you will need customer support to help finalize account creation. Contact them as supplied above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime you can pay for your service either by Public Mobile payment voucher (no fee) or "instant top up" (RTP) at retail locations or online at Muskbird.com for a reasonable surcharge.
