      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to be a public mobile user until last year I made a switch to eastlink.&amp;nbsp;I would like to get back to public mobile with the same phone number.&amp;nbsp;Can someone guide me through the steps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/444141"&gt;@Rolvin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, you can&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your ported the number into Easlink, you can port it back to Public mobile.&amp;nbsp; Make sure your Eastlink line is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, you need to get a new PM sim card (sorry, the old one cannot be reused).&amp;nbsp; Get it from local telus or koodo store for $10 or from Amazon for $5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then download PM app, setup a new account&amp;nbsp; and go through the activation there.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After payment, you will be asked about phone number, choose porting and provide Eastlink account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume Eastlink is just a home phone?&amp;nbsp; if so, you won't get a text for approval, but it will take as many as 3 to 7 days for the number to port&lt;/P&gt;</description>
