    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am experiencing an issue with transferring my phone number from Virgin to Public Mobile. Here are the details:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;I have confirmed with Virgin that my number has been released successfully.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;I can receive calls on my existing number (the one I intended to port).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;However, I cannot make outbound calls.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;My phone general data also shows that the number I am using is the temporary number provided by Public Mobile, rather than the number I transferred.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How could I rectify this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
