      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased a plan and ordered sim card.&amp;nbsp; My card was charged for a month already.&amp;nbsp; I did not realize PM does not have roaming plans to Europe and Thailand and&amp;nbsp; I am just going there next month.&amp;nbsp; Two questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Can&amp;nbsp; I cancel the purchase&amp;nbsp; ( I just ordered the card today)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. How long do I&amp;nbsp; have to activate the plan&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; for example can I activate it March and will my card be charged between now and activation ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
