Hi there.
I do not believe currently there are promotional codes. Once in a while they get released but not advertised as much.
However, if you have a friend or a family member with Public Mobile, you can get their referral code to get 10$ in funds (which you can apply to next bill cycle). They would also get 1 point for each month you stay.

Yes sometimes online and sometimes sent via email if you are signed up to recieve promotional emails. I'll send you one via private message and you can see if it is still valid by entering it during activation.

Referral codes and promocodes are entered on the payment page during activation. Look carefully as its kind of tiny font and easily missed. I recommend taking a screenshot once entered in case you have an issue recieving the credit and need to contact customer support.
