@LillianaJohnup has it been more than 10 days since you ordered the SIM card? If not, please wait a few more days to arrive by Canada Post. If it has been more than 10 days you can reach out to a support agent to see if there is anything they can do for you. eSIM's are convenient in that you get them instantly but when you get a new phone you will need to repurchase a new eSIM as they cannot be transferred to another device. Physical SIM cards offer that flexibility of not having to purchase them again. Click on the link below if you would like to reach out to a support agent:

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)
