      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I cancel a subscription not having the number (SIM) anymore!? The website (poor one) as the customer support does not provide the info. Now to access my account its asking for a code sent to a number I don't have access anymore (never asked for it before!!!!!!).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
