Voicemail not dialing

Hi,

I've recently joined PM but my voicemail does not seem to be setup correctly. I'm using an iPhone when I hold down "1" to dial my voicemail is just shows "Calling... Voicemail" but nothing happens. I can access voicemail if I dial my own number manually and it seems to work that way. Any suggestions on how to fix?

@je_suis_LT ~~On my Pixel it's under the phone app settings, voicemail, advanced settings,, setup, voicemail number. There must be a similar process on your iphone.~~

A quick google search shows the steps from Rogers which would be the same on your iphone. Use a number from the second picture.

thanks! I followed the instructions and used one of the local VM numbers but it was prompting me for my password which is annoying so I replaced with my own phone number instead of the local VM number and it seems to work well.
