      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to go through the process of redeeming my reward points for My payment for the January billing/payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But unfortunately, I did not have that access once I pressed the category to redeem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate it; if you could help me use/redeem my reward points for my January payment for my phone bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kareen Morrison&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it's not letting you save, try logging out of your account and then logging back in to repeat the process&lt;/P&gt;</description>
