      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/516711"&gt;@MarshaWood&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There is no one to talk to, of late you can only change to the plans that are shown under "change subscription" when you are logged in to your account, which aren't necessarily the same as those shown on the Shop page. &amp;nbsp; For the most part the available plans are those more costly than the one you already have, although there are exceptions (I see a $30 plan when my current one is $34, but that's as low as it goes). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As of last summer, we can no longer go in and outta plans at will. It seem we can only upgrade to higher value plans now...no longer can we downgrade (unless we get a new sim and start a new account using a different email address) Just log in to your account on the website of using the mobile app to see which plans you can upgrade to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
