iPhone Showing Old Number After Port

My iPhone continues to show my old Koodo number after I ported my number. When I try to change it in Settings > Cellular > My Number, the changes don't save. Is there a specific procedure for saving this change?

It's supposed to be autoamatic. Try restarting your phone. Make a phone call. If the ported number shows up right, ignore that your phone menu is showing the wrong phone number.

Just solved it. It was related to FaceTime. Once adjusted, everything else snapped into place. Thanks.
