All he told me was to go get a physical sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer service rep asking you to get a physical sim doesn't mean that the rep wasn't helpful.&amp;nbsp; If your phone can't use an eSIM, getting a physical sim is the only option.&amp;nbsp; The only thing that I'll agree with you on is that the rep should have have offered to send a physical sim, but that can take a couple of weeks to arrive, so getting it at a Telus store or through Amazon is probably faster.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
