They take roughly 7-10 business days to arrive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provided that you can find a Telus/ Koodo store that sells SIM cards you can purchase one from them, yes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, sign into your account to change the number under SIM in&amp;nbsp;the profile tab. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area, they have the PM sims for about $10. Amazon has them for under $5 with FAST delivery...free delivery if you or someone you know has Amazon Prime account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
