      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all rhe trouble shooting i checked the network settings, i moved my sim to another phone, i reset network settings and numerous reboots to my phone. Is like i didn’t pay for my service, i have automatic payment and i also did an extra payment thinking that was the issue but no service. I checked the outage map but my phone says 5g+ but i cannot use the service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you port over your phone number from another service? If so, if you still have that old SIM card from the provider, if you pop it in your phone, does it still have service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
