Usually within 4 hours (during business hours), but due to late hours/weekend it make take more time, but in any case submit the ticket ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the chatbot reply:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our Customer Support Agents are available on weekends from 9 AM to 10 PM EST.
