I did this by mistake i dont want it to charge my account,

on rewards i already had 15 points, and bymistake i redeem the 15 points for 15cad, can you revet this please

Hey @RowenGracious

Usually they can't be reverted back once cashed. However, you can always ask a CS Agent to reverse it.
