I cannot send or receive text when I’m away from my home..just started new month so not a data issue

Has text ever worked for you? It looks like that you had similar issues in December.

Which model phone are you using? iPhone or android? Is talk working? What about data?

I always have had issues with text..

talk working

data good..new month
