      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m trying to update my card info but it keeps saying validation failed, please try again. I contacted RBC Visa and in real time tried to update the card info. They said it shows approved on their end. How can I get this approved from Public Mobile’s side?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not try to update CC so often! Wait 1 hour before trying again. If you do too many times PM might flag your attempt as attempted fraud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket and ask agent to help you out. Try using computer and not phone to update CC info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is now been going on since the 9th.&amp;nbsp; And if I have to go by a voucher, I only think it's professionally correct that public should have to reimburse me for the service charges that I have to pay for the stupid voucher. Because their systems are glitched. It's not my problem, it's theirs.&amp;nbsp; This is an on going issue that they neglect a fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The messaging with agents is still ongoing.. they are responding saying I can pay using vouchers. Why should I go out of my way to do that when I have a credit card that works everywhere else?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
