      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all, I am reaching out in desperation because I have been attempting to get some assistance yet it has been a loop of insanity because of the lack of verbal communication customer service offers. Simply I changed my sim in Mexico and my data has not been working since I got back. I tried all suggestions and called Apple. When I finally received some communication one agent was so rude patronizing and dismissive I felt physically ill at what this world is coming to regarding human customer service (I will deal with that later I just had to vent:) regardless if anyone has any suggestions other then what is mentioned here already I would truly appreciate it. Thank you all and best of luck on 2025&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
