Hi,

When you’re on the website/app, check the top right corner, make sure the province displays BC, I recommend checking on the app and screenshot it. If it shows for BC province, then it is available.

The description for the 35CAD plan states it is for Quebec residents only. I live in BC. Can I purchase and use it for 35CAD in BC?

When you log in you will not see this plan in your account unless you have a Quebec postal code/address on your account.

If you currently have a plan of higher cost, you won't see this plan as available to you. Just log in to your account and look at your plan menu to confirm...whatever plans you see there, you can change to.

@YuriiV It sounds like you are looking at the fine print, the "offer details"? For that you need to look for the little numbers or symbols beside each item in the details and then match it up to those shown on the actual plan. For example, there is a + before the note about Quebec only in the offer details, but there is no corresponding + shown on the plan, therefore that item does not apply to that plan.
