      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/513599"&gt;@jknezaurek&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is data working? &amp;nbsp;If text and data are working it's likely your phone is not VoLTE capable/approved in which case voice calls will not work. &amp;nbsp;Make sure you're connecting to AT&amp;amp;T, T-Mobile or Verizon, try all of them. &amp;nbsp;Best to try 4G if 5G isn't working. &amp;nbsp;But if your phone is not VoLTE then your only option for voice calls is to try 2G on T-Mobile or use a voip app since data will still work. &amp;nbsp;Here's the list of VoLTE phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
