    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a current PM subscription plan with 20GB data and would like to downsize since I don't use that much of the data. When I try to change the plan in my account I can't see any one available with below 20GB data, even though in my wife's account with current 1GB plan I can see much more plans available with less than 20Gb data. Why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
