topic Nothing working in Get Support

We live on Vancouver Island. Service has never been fantastic but most of the time I show mostly full 5G bars. Suddenly nothing is working. I get roaming notifications all the time, calls won't connect, in a call suddenly no one can hear me, RCS chats never work and on and on. Is anyone else having issues? I'm about done because we can't rely on our phones working at all. I'm on a One plus Nord 30. Thanks

If using esim...you obviously can't do that.

Hey @Sesimmons

I'm just headed to bed but the only advice I can give you is to try to reset your network settings and reboot. Even try your SIM in a different phone. G'night.
