      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to update my address so my auto credit card payments go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website keeps telling me to enter a valid address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a specific format they want it entered in? &amp;nbsp;I know how to get to the page to change it, the site won't let me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
