    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 2 GB on 15 Dec. I bought 3 GB January 7 , last night and have been told I used 100 % of my data. Simply not possible. IAM not very tech and have trouble with operating my phone but I know I have spent way too much money and not getting what I paid for. All help will be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you bought the 3GB / 15 Day US Roaming add-on...that's the wrong one to use in Canada. Message Customer Support and&amp;nbsp; ask to have the purchase amended to the Canada Data add-on. Click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
