sorry @Debbie1961 , no coverage in Bahamas. PM has no roaming service there

you need to use local sim card or travel esim to get connected

No coverage in Bahamas, @Debbie1961 , however you can use area wi-fi (if available) and any calling or texting apps on your device to communicate.

i.e. iMessage, Android chat, Messenger, FaceTime, etc...

I hear Saily.com is a decent worldwide eSIM service (I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever). I have seen advertisements for them and I know a code of Dangle for 15% off your first purchase (got this from a hockey podcast lol). Hope this helps & enjoy your trip.
