    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there, PM typically only offers plan promotions that are higher than your current plan price, so that may be why you're not seeing it.&amp;nbsp; One way to counter this is to change to a lower priced plan, and then wait for an offer that is higher than that one, but it is up to your discretion and no guarantees.&lt;BR /&gt;One thing to note, if you do switch plans, i suggest using "change at renewal" because PM doesnt refund the unused portion of the month if you switch mid cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/499142"&gt;@RajBarath&lt;/a&gt;we can only choose plans that show up in our Public Mobile app so if you don't see something there it's not available to you. Public Mobile has changed the way they offer plans so that most customers only seem to have one plan option that is cheaper but they are able to upgrade to more expensive plans with no trouble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, you could only change your plan to the ones shown in your account. Only way to get that is to port out and port in, there are some other workarounds which you can explore further&lt;/P&gt;</description>
