      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I subscriped to a plan with esim only to find out in the App that my phone does not support eSims. I bought a physical Sim card but have no clue how to change the plan and activate that card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I am not sure... I log into the App and it asked me to activate subscription but I can not do that - because I opted for the eSim. I don't see an Account option&lt;/P&gt;</description>
