      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/515510"&gt;@Lenag1960&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, reboot the phone, Try Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have an iPhone, make sure iOS and Carrier Profiles are both updated.&amp;nbsp; But if you have an android, also update the OS, plus download Google Message and use it to send messages&lt;/P&gt;</description>
