      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a text saying I&amp;nbsp; put in the wrong ESN/ MEID message from Public?&amp;nbsp; My old provider sent me a message confirming the port but it hasnt happened yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to talk to somebody from customer service to re-trigger the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
