      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password to my account and im trying to reset the password but im not receiving the email with the OTP. I dont have access to the phone number so cant get the OTP on my phone either.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Email is correct as all the other communication from public mobile is on it. If i want to cancel my subscription how should i do it with not having access to my account ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
