You will need to purchase a SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You purchase it from Amazon for $4.99 or from Canadian Cell Supplies online for $4 or from your a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have the SIM, you need to download the PM app and activate the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get a message saying the eSim is active, then a few minutes later receive a message "Unable to Activate eSim"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am without a phone trying to get this sorted and no person to speak to re rectify this issue. I have a iPhone 10 which is compatible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, try resetting the network settings and restart the phone. However, the XR does accept it. I have that one myself and I know it does. So you can follow the instructions below to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
