    <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is always buffering on Facebook videos when I’m on public mobile but not when I switch to wifi. Does anyone know why this is happening. It did not do this when I switched to Public Mobile 2 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you do, just disable it and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have this issue when I have the VPN enable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
