      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/515009"&gt;@Tianqiao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does voice work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you don't have a data limit set on your phone.&amp;nbsp; you could have reach the limit you set and hence data stopped working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or change the network mode to different one, 3G, 4G or 5G and check if data work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course, did you check your account? login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to check if you already used up the data for this cycle.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/515009"&gt;@Tianqiao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is that just your work place you cannot get data and data work fine elsewhere?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is not unusual there are some dead spots.&amp;nbsp; did you try the different network mode as I suggested earlier?&amp;nbsp; you have a 4G plan but you can use 5G network as well, just the speed will still be capped at 100Mbps.&amp;nbsp; Also, try using the phone closer to the windows or entrance to see if you can use data that way&lt;/P&gt;</description>
