      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/514994"&gt;@PaulaStoffels&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when are you coming back?&amp;nbsp; if you activated with a physical sim and waiting for PM to send you the sim&amp;nbsp; card, you can hold on to complete the activation until you are back in Canada and the cycle won't start until you complete the activation.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that is a choice for you instead of asking for a refund&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were trying to activate with an e-sim and will not be back to Canada till May or so.&amp;nbsp; Will it still activate that package and only start charging us monthly once the account is activated in Canada?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to be in Canada to activate an account as far as I know. While activating, it will recognize the IP address saying it isn't a Canadian one. You MAY be able to use a VPN on the phone with a Canadian IP address but the catch is this...&amp;nbsp; you'd be either paying for at least one month, then you'd have to turn off autopay. Then you'd have 89 days to start it back up again, the same plan/number that is. If you miss the deadline, that plan/number will be lost.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
