Sadly @Jsmack you need a credit card to sign up. However, once that first payment has been removed, you can contact a CS Agent to have your credit card information removed. Then moving forward you can use a prepaid credit card or vouchers.

you can either get a prepaid credit card using cash from Shoppers Drug Mart and use it to activate an account, or you can use a see debit card to open an account
