    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/359475"&gt;@Irena11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try turning off your device, then remove the SIM card and then place it back in the SIM tray to make sure it's properly seated, and back into the phone. Then restart the phone to see if it works. If it's still not working do you have another phone you can try the SIM card in to see if it's working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Few things to try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn airplane mode on and off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset phone network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try sim card in another phone. Does it work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
