Unable to make or receive calls in USA

Hello!

I have an active subscription with Public Mobile. Also I had activated the US Talk text and data roaming (Bundle pack) to get the coverage in USA. However I am unable to make or receive calls in my mobile.

I have ensured all the connection settings are enabled as needed.

Are you able to look into this?

@SG2024 Sounds like your phone is not an approved VOLTE capable phone on PM list. I'm assuming texting and data works? The only way to make / receive calls is manually look in your settings for a T-Mobile 2G network. They are getting scarcer as T-Mobile is shutting 2G down like all the others did. With data working you can use TextNow (free) to get a phone number so you can make and receive calls.

Hi there!

Thanks for the suggestion. I have an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy). Texting and data seems to work however calls and voicemail aren't accessible. I tried to manually look up for a T-Mobile 2G Network however unable to do so as nothing appears on the list of network carriers there and it automatically sets itself back to AT & T.

@SG2024 What Pixel do you have? 4 and above are on the PM supported list. I have read that people are having more and more difficulties finding T-Mobile 2G network. As I said, they are shutting it down like the other companies did. When I travel outside of PM roaming, I use TextNow. I have a local 506 number for free that people can call or text me on. It uses wifi/data.
