Found a lost phone

I found an Android that belongs to a Public Mobile customer and am trying to get it back to them. Can Customer Service help?

@Nobody65 when I found a phone once, I just kept it beside me and when it rang, I made arrangements with the owner to pick it up from me. I met them at the library. They were super happy.

Thanks for the guidance. I was hoping Public could assist more actively. Telus Store could not help because they are very disconnected from their subsidiary.

I understand, we want to do the right things in life, but sometimes there are barriers which prevent us from doing so 😔. I'm sure whoever it belongs to will be grateful to you. Or drop it at your local police station if there's one close to you.
