If on the website, clear cache or sign in with another browser or Ingonito mode.

Did you check your inbox for reply. The bell or envelope upper right corner?

No surprise bills really that's the amount you pay moving forward.

Off course they reserve the right to make changes, but really do they increase prices.

I requested a subscription upgrade “at billing date” in December in order to take advantage if the “till Jan 6th” deal. I clearly remember doing so as I upgraded the credit card information and paid for a 3 month plan as I saved a few dollars doing so. My plan was never upgraded, I since sent in 2 tickets and have not gotten a response back???? What do I need to do???

My plan automatically renewed on December 27 and I don’t want to upgrade now because I will pay 2 plans in 1 month but I do want to take advantage of the Jan 6th deal. Speaking of which, when you sign up for such a deal, is there an expiry date and/or surprise plan increase at any point? Thanks!

@Muffin1 did you try checking your plan using browser with Incognito mode just to confirm it wasn't a cache problem and you didn't see the updated info?

and with the ticket, did you check Community inbox? CS agents reply there and not via email

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

And if still no reply, you have to message them again. Really just agent can help at this moment

of course, you can check Change Subscription page and see if that plan you want still available, some plan offers have extended the deadline and you might be able to schedule a plan change on next renewal still
