topic SIM Card Still Not Delivered – Almost 3 Weeks in Get Support

I ordered a physical SIM card from Public Mobile nearly three weeks ago, but it still hasn’t arrived. I understand that shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, but this delay seems unusually long.

Additionally, every time I log into my account, I’m prompted to activate my SIM card. I was told this should only be done after I’ve received the SIM and inserted it into my phone, as activation starts the billing cycle.

Is there a way to get a tracking number or to speak to an actual person? The chatbot is close to useless in this situation.

Thank you!

@Ntch_s usually they are sent by Canada post with no way to track. The last few weeks they have been using a courier company, did you receive an email from any courier company?

What people usually do is to purchase one on their own from a Telus/ Koodo or directly from Amazon and then message Public Mobile and ask for the $10.00 back.

No telephone just messages. You can send them a message at the link below and ask. Hopefully they reply tomorrow. They will reply via your Community inbox top right.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
