Could not receive verification code

hi, I just transferred my number from telus to public mobile, it shows successful as i answered YES after received message from telus to transfer phone number to public mobile, unfortunately i could not receive verification code when i tried to log in public mobile, now i can not even make phone call or access to data with public mobile.

Please help thanks
