      <title>Confired Switch to new plan did not work!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was on the $35 CAN US 5G unlimited plan. Then early December I was able to switch to the $29 US-CAN 4G plan. When I confirmed the switch, the web page provide 2 options - switch that day or when the billing cycle resumes in early January. I chose early January but now the plan details no longer shows US availability for calling. Just canada wide...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I log a trouble ticket?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
