Just got back from my holidays and found that I've been disconnected. Been trying to connect back on BUT (can't). How do I connect back on.

To get connected again, log into your account and confirm your credit card is up to date with a credit card. If you need to be up fast, you can stop by a Shoppers Drug Mart and purchase a Voucher which then you dial 611 and follow the prompts.
