To successfully complete your number transfer request, please restart your phone. Welcome to Public Mobile and thank you for joining us!”

I restarted my phone and then put my Public Mobile SIM card in because well my number was transferring over. I had my previous providers SIM card in.

I texted my boyfriend to see if Texts come from my old phone number from previous provider but it’s not my phone number coming up. It’s from my iCloud email address because I use an iPhone.

How do I fix this?

Hey,

If you received the confirmation. Sometimes it is just time to transfer fully. I believe when I ported my number over I received the confirmation message but it still took a few more hours for the number to fully transfer.

Thats's an instant messaging service that Apple is providing. In iMessage, is the SMS option enabled?
