      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/513948"&gt;@RichardVoyer&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You need to go into your community inbox and reply to the ticket. &amp;nbsp;This is a public forum of customers only and not customer service agents. &amp;nbsp;If it was ordered November 12th I expect it got caught up in the Canada Post strike so support may suggest alternatives like buying one at a Telus/Koodo store, or from Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you then contact a support agent they should give you a credit or refund but best to contact them first to see what your options are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly I know this has passed but most likely this sim card is lost at this point. I just purchased mine from Amazon and it arrived in a day or two last week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
