      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i applied public new connection services, i ordered online services so sim card should be delivered at my address. &amp;nbsp;And after sim card delivery i can start my public mobile services, but i didnt get sim card. How i can contact and track where is my sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
