      <description>&lt;P&gt;re. account # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On jan 1, I've been charged $38.42 twice in error. How do I get the duplicate charge reversed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system to address an overpayment is not user-friendly. Is there a dedicated email address or a live customer support agent we can contact to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
