Since my sim card is mia can I change it to a e sim. Card?

to change to esim, you will need the help of support agent. Or you can ask them to let you buy another physical sim card from local Telus or Kooodo stores and ask them to reimburse. To contact support for the arrangement (esim or another physical sim), you can submit ticket by direct message:
